Hi you may do it from Bangalore provided
a) you qualify the entrance test
b)you choose either kannada or English Medium. I'm not very sure ... if there are any Hindi medium B.Ed colleges in B'lore. However, if you want to do your B.Ed in Hindi Medium, then you can go for IGNOU. Plz revert in case of
