    I don't think there is any age limit for B.Tech in this college. Since you have dropped out you might get a seat.

    I am sure, if you write the Entrance test for Manipal University and clear it, you'll be allowed to take admission in the college.

    You must enquire for this in the college administration, they can give a better council on in this matter.
