i am 32 yrs old and have 8 yrs experience in corporate social resposibility combining with education and training. i have BA in psychology & masters in social work. i want to pursue career in HR, will an EX-MBA be a correct option for making such career move?

You already have experience in CSR, this will help you to make entry into HR. Executive MBA is good option if you are planning it from good institute like XLRI, IIMs, SP Jain and ISB
