I am 33 years in age and have done my Masters with 52% but my B.Ed has been done in commerce. Can I apply for NET exam?

    Hello,
    To appear for the UGC NET Exam, you need to complete Master's degree in any of the subjects with around 55% marks. The candidates from reserved category can apply for the UGC NET exam if they have 50% marks in Master's degree programme. As there is no age limit to appear for the UGC NET exam, anyone can apply for the exam. But to avail the scholarship worth INR 25000 per month, the age limit is 30 years (35 years for the female and reserved category students).

    No you can't, 55% marks is the minimum criteria to apply for UGC NET exam. If you belong to SC/ST category then it may differ.
