Hi Rikhi,
Under the OBC for State level PSC you are still eligible as the maximum age limit is about 35 years.
So, start applying soon as the notification is released.

It depends on what exam you wish to wright,
from open candidates generally a relaxation of 5 years is provided.

I think most PSCs consider candidates upto 35/38 years of age depending upon the state. For reservation category there will be age relaxation too. Please check up with your PSC web site.
