I am 34 years old, B.Com (Hons.). Presently I am in Rose Valley as Branch In-Charge. But salary is not handsome. What to do for better ?

I am 33 yrs old. B.Com (H) with 60.25 %. I am in Rose Valley Group since 2008 as Branch In-Charge and Salary is Rs. 12000 Gross. I have gained here much experience in management. But salary is not enough. So What should I do to get more in such field ?
