i am 34 yrs old agarwal with BA, M.Eng. comp. sci. have lived in usa whole life. have worked in IT since jan. 2003 should i do mba now?

Yes, you may surely pursue MBA, however besides regular MBA program you may even consider pursuing executive MBA program as it will further enhance your career prospects.
