I have done 1 year P.G.Diploma in Marketing & Advertising long ago. Above 8 yrs working experience and facing mid career crisis. wish to pursue MBA but having experience in creative field i am not sure whether i should specialize in MBA in MARKETING,HR,OPERATION MANAGEMENT etc.please guide.
