I am 34years old with 10years of work experience into Customer service & operations. But i am not satisfied with my career choice.
I am 34 yrs old and have 10years of experience into customer service & operations (BPO, telecom industry) but i dont enjoy neither satisfied with. My interest lies in retail & media industry. Can i make use of my experience in some way to get into my choice of career? how can i go about it?
