Hi Sujit,
MCA definitely a great career option and there are several institutes offering it, also the age would not be a bar provided you are a graduate, having studied Maths in +2 level and qualify the entrance exams.

Dear Sujit, Full time MCA is a very good option as the colleges also place you in some companies after the completion of the course. your work experience will add to the value of the degree.
