I am 36 years old. How can I apply for Diploma in drawing and painting?
I have done my graduation in arts.

Minimum qualification required for Diploma course is 10+2. As you have done your graduation I would suggest you either go for certification or Masters program in drawing and painting.

Ma'am can you suggest any college or institute which provides certificate course in drawing with no age bar?
