I am 36 yrs old & i have done 2 mini projects in PHP .What should i do next to get a good job?

Should I do SAP or learn Java? I wanted to do engineering & I like technical fields.I am BSc graduate from Calcutta Univ in the yr 1998 & MBA from SMU(Sikkim Manipal).I have 4 yrs pharma sales exp & left the job as I couldn't fulfill targets,prob with mgmt & I dont want to get back into sales again.
