    Yes, you can apply for it. But now, the process of applying is over. So, try to get it in next year by October.

    Candidates should have successfully completed three years bachelor's degree in any discipline, or four years bachelor's degree in medicine, paramedical sciences, or other four years programme like pharmacy, veterinary sciences, engineering, law.
    Candidates should have completed their internship on or before Saturday, June 02, 2018.
    Candidates who are in their final year in bachelor's degree are not eligible to apply.
    So, according to the eligibility criteria, you can pursue it only after completion of your degree as final year graduation students are not eligible to apply. Hope this helps.
