Hello Varsha As you are ExTC student you can do courses related to software development because there is a good future and good money in this field. you can join courses like VB.net ,web designing etc

Hey kothawala. Since it is ExTC, you can try doing a CCNA ( Cisco Cerified Network Analusis ) Program as it will be of grave use for you in the future. what is ExTC? Is it E&TCE or ECE......I think u first complete ur degree than think about that though u can go for JAVA which is helpful for your near future project in final year and after completing ur Degree if u interested than go for SAP certifications.
