I am 40 years in age and have done my MCA from IGNOU. Is it possible to give my history reappear of B.Ed+history honors course?

Sorry, I could not understand your question. Still, taking it as you want to appear for B.Ed with History Hons. There is no restriction in it. You have all the right to pursue any course, till you meet eligibility requirements until very rare special circumstances occur.
