i am 43 and i am working as an office assistant at a medical college office i can't complete my degree how can i grow with more salary?

i am not good at studies. this job i joined 6 months back i have been working for a brief periods in breaks . my work timings are between 9-4 pm i work at whitefield a distance of 30 km i leave by a college bus and arrive home by it my travel time 3 hours up and down. can i shape up my life now?

If u want to complete your degree then u can opt IGNOU for any degree course while working. U must have to enhance your skills for getting good salary. U must have to take some hard decision without hesitation for switching to another company where ur work get appreciated.
