Vandana for counselling you need to be a good communicator and observant. As you are mature woman and your life experience must be very rich. you can read and observe situation better than your young counterparts. Dont go for any course instead you start counselling in the begining from education institute. it is foolish advise to go for lecturership in reputed college. As you are just graduate, it is impossible to deliver lecturer in college. You also think over your strength and area of interest then decide in which field you want to do couselling. Marrieage counselling can also be good option for you.

First u decide on which subject u wanted to become a counselor. Once u finalize the subject try to get some knowledge on that subject. Analyze some positive and Negative aspects of that subject and at last what will be the output after that subject in terms of the job. I think if u do some homework without going for any course u will get it too. One major factor behind is that how confidentially u handle the situation and how much u satisfied to others with ur replies makes u a good counselor.
