i am 4m rural back ground.how can i improve my communiction skils for my better career?

It is a bit difficult for the rural students as they can not have an inter-action with other students.But, they can practise in simulated situations created by themselves. If it is inevitable, they have to do in isolation.But, still, it is possible for the rural students.
