There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion. You can do Executive MBA with specialization in IT Infrastructure from a reputed institute. If you can do it from an IIM then it would be the best , but the cost would be more there. Alternatively you can keep doing your job for another 2 more years and in those 2 years complete MBA through distance education. Doing MBA in 3 years period through part-time course will also be benificial.
