I am 84 born. my graduation percentage is 47%. Can i get a good law college ?

Respected Sir/madam , I am currently working with an international BPO and i want to enhance my career. i have interest in law. I was wondering if i could get admission in a good law college .i would also like to know if i do it part time or in distance mode would it be as beneficial as full time
