I am a 10 years old and I want to learn C programming language ?

I live in Kalkaji, New Delhi, India. I want to learn C programming language because I have interest in it and I also Know that It will not take 2-3 days, it will take almost a year. So can anybody tell a good institute near Kalkaji. Thanx
