I am a 10th pass, am I eligible for BA?

I've scored 59% marks in 10th and failed in Diploma in EEE.

You cannot go for BA. Firstly, you need to clear Diploma, then only you are eligible for the further course. Once you clear it, you can go for that. Thanks.
