In order to pursue a Bachelors degree, you need to pass your class 12th for any college. So first, pass your class 12th and then you can pursue your desired degree from the college.

I know that I am asking this question because I found that Pinnacle Institute of Hotel Management is giving admission to Bachelor's degree after 10th pass. I was really very confused.

First of all, it is a rule in all over India that if you want to go for Bachelor's degree you should be 12th pass. On the basis of 10th pass you can go for diploma course.
