I am a 12th (commerce) student. Which UG course should I do inorder to do MBA further?

You should go for B.Com before your Masters, because it covers under the commerce section either you may go for BBA. It may up to your interest. -

The eligibility for MBA is any graduation. So, pursue any graduation that interests you. And, prepare for MBA entrance exams along with it. All the best. -
You may go for BBA it is the becholar course of MBA. And fulfill your aspirations.
There are too other courses after which you can do MBA, They are- BCA, B.Com., etc. -

You could do B.Com, BBA, B.Sc in any other graduation. But, BBA will be more helpful, as you will learn most of the subject here itself. All the best.
