I am a 12th pass, can I get a private job? Should I focus on coaching or college or doing BVSC?

My qualification is 12th (medical) which I completed with 73.80%. Also, I have a financially not well family background.

With 12th pass qualification, you will hardly get a job with good salary. Rather you will get some temporary jobs in small firms, call centers, etc. At least graduation is required for a decent job and a career.
