I am a 12th PCM student but I am not interested in engineering. Can I do BBA? Can I get jobs abroad after doing the same?

Yes you can, In abroad they highly asked which university you did your degree.. All they analysis is your physical appearance, grasping capabilities, attributes and problem solving techniques. How you can sell yourself that is more important in any country, Doesn't matter where you from. Keep that
