You have to first get graduation & post graduation in relevant subject. Opt for special skill in computer programming & then opt for Research & Development. You may have to join organization of repute to fulfil dreams.

Vishnu, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). If you are good in computer programming and do you have maths background so you can do engineering in electronic and communication, or computer science where you can get chance to go in R&D.
