I am a 1st year B.Tech student in CSE. Can I change my course to B.Tech agriculture in this university?

I have got 80% in 12th and also in B.Tech 1st year.

    Yes, you can change the course from CS to B.Tech Agri Technology. You will have to go through a process which includes the written test and selection as students do after their class 12th.
