I am a 1st year engineering student of Mumbai university & have decided to change my college. What should I do?

I want to leave my college and join other autonomous college DBATU. Am I eligible? What is the minimum eligibility criteria? I am also ready to start again from the first year in this college.

There will be a loss of one year if you leave the college. What is the reason of doing so? If it's personal don't leave the college because you may face the consequences in the next college.
