I am a 1st-year student & after repeating the year, I am all clear now with first class. Can I change my engg. college now in the 2nd-year?

Yes, you can change your college if you have cleared your all papers with more than 50% marks. Then you may take admission directly to many private colleges or you have to appear in the LEET exam conducted by many state colleges for lateral entry admission.
