I am a 1st year student of B.Sc IT & have KT in 3 subjects in the 1st sem. Can I get a job in a good company after clearing my KT?

It will not affect you, if you score well in next 5 semesters and clear all KT.

KT in first semester of B.Sc IT clearly indicate that you were not serious in your studies in 1st semester. If you do not improve your interests in study, you will face challenges in getting a reasonable job. If you improve your grades and do not get KT in next 5 semesters, you can get a good job.
