You need to first fill the normal Delhi university admissions form. In that form, comes a section of sports qualifications you need to fill that and mention your qualifications as a chess player. After the submission of the form, there would a announcement of the sports trial where you would need to play your respective sport, also you need to carry all your original certificates for the verifications.

You will need to fill up the DU form along with sports quota and then, you will have to be present in sports trial with all your certificates.

Under DU Sports quota, candidates can secure admission at Delhi University colleges in two ways:
    -Direct Admission without Sports Trials
    -Admission through Sports Trials
DU admissions for ECA category candidates will be done on the basis of merit which will be determined through marks earned by a candidate under following parameters:Certificates: Not older than 3 years (25% weightage).Trials (75% weightage).
