why you are just asking about job ?
after doing any of these specialization you can easily get a job.
Now the question is which one you like the most or what is your area of
interest ?
so here is some detail which may help you in choosing best course for you :
1).Net is a programing course so if you have interest in Programing then choose .Net , It is an easy to understand language it reduced 90% coding of programs in window programing but it is so vast.
2)SAP is business related course in IT field and a good option of getting jobs too.it have many modules for IT students like :
