I am a 2012 passout. Can I do master's in food technology without Bachelor's degree?

I am a 2012 passout with a bachelor's degree on Electronics & Instrumentation. I am currently working in an iT industry. I am interested to learn Food Technology. So do i have to do the Bachelor's first or can i directly do the Master's? Also is distance education available for food technology?
