I am a 2014 passout cs engineer(58.5%), should i do some course from an institute that provides placement or should i prepare for cdac?

I want a career that s innovative and creative and at the same time allows me to use my engineering knowledge. My degree is second class 58.5%. I have completed BE in 2014.
