To become an IAS officer, you have to give UPSC exam I.e. CSAT and mains and attain a good rank. For this you can join any coaching institute or self study. You have to work hard to clear the UPSC exam. It needs lots of dedication and hard work and also deep knowledge of each and every subjects.
