I am a 2nd year student of B.Sc in computer science. What should I do after it to pursue MS in CS in USA?

You need to clear GRE and TOEFL exam. All universities have different eligibility criteria so you have to check it on their websites. They also need Statement Of Purpose (SOP) and recommendation letters as well. Your overall profile is checked before getting admission in any program abroad. Some of the good universities include MIT, Stanford, Harvard. SUNY is an affordable option there.
