I am a 2nd-year student of BCA & want to do MCA from a government college. What should I do for the same?
I passed my 10th from WBCSE board in 2013 with 66.66% marks and 10+2 (arts, including computer application) from WBCHSE board in 2015 with 79.6% marks. I've scored 60% overall aggregate in BCA till now (form WBUT, MAKAUT)?

Try for NIMCET. It is a national level entrance for top NIT colleges.
