I am a 2nd yr student with 9.02 CGPA (computer science). can i get admission in 3rd year in a good engineering college?

I am studying in poornima university, jaipur. my academic record: 1st sem CGPA 8.0 2nd sem 8.9 3rd sem 9.02 i want to change my college. can i get admission in 3rd year in colleges like JAYPEE NOIDA/SOLAN , THAPAR ,etc
