I am a 3rd semester B.Tech CSE student. Can you suggest a project which involves programming that I can pursue to add to my knowledge?
I have a fair knowledge of web development but doing project in that does not seem to be worth and will not add to my programming skills. I have decided to make a search engine but as of now it seems very difficult to understand. Hence, I need your guidance on what should I do.

Hello Shubhi,
If you will exhibit a high profile project, you will have to give a tough viva as well. In this stage just make something small. This will boost your grades and as far as programming is concerned, you can practice Kanetkar, the problems given in the book are mind blowing and they will surely polish your programming skills.
