I am a 3rd-year (1st-sem) student of M.Sc in aviation and want to do MBA. Is it possible without BBA?

Yes, you might have done B.Sc which is enough for eligibility. Now, take an entrance exam like CET CMAT, CAT, etc., and apply for colleges to do MBA.
