I am a 3rd-year student of B.Sc in chemistry, can I apply for JAM exam? How can I prepare for it and what all exams can I attend?

    Hello,
    To appear in IIT JAM Exam you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Candidates in their final year of the graduation can also apply for the exam. But they must submit all their documents by 30th Sept 2019.     IIT JAM is an online test that is conducted on a rotational basis by Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). JAM 2018 is being conducted by IIT BOMBAY on February 11.     The forms comes around September and the exam takes place in February. Any third year or graduate can apply for JAM. Study the books for courses thoroughly, practice past papers. Lot of people are making lectures on important topics for JAM, follow them according to the syllabus.

As per the notification of IIT JAM 2020, the online applications are scheduled from 4th september 2019 to 9th October 2019 and IIT JAM exam 2020 will be held on 9th February 2020. Application fee will be accepted by 9th October 2019. Thereafter, candidates will be able to make the corrections in IIT JAM online application in November. Coming to the next step: IIT JAM Admit card will be out from 7th January 2020. On 20th March 2020, IIT JAM result 2020 will be declared. So, aspirants, save all the dates as you cannot afford to miss any of them.
