I am a 4th-year student of B.Tech in ECE but I have no interest in it. What other options do I have? Can I switch to any other stream?
I want to leave this course and switch to some other creative one. While studying multimedia course. I got fairly interested in it and find creative work more interesting now. Along with creative stream, I would like to know all the other career options that I have after completing my B.Tech.

No, you can't switch to another stream at this level.
