Dear Gaurish,
Many of the top business schools do require you to have at least three years of work experience for the MBA because the MBA programme was created for managers so that they can become more efficient. If you want to join a top ranked business school then you would be better be looking at one of their M.Sc Business/ management programs or alternatively there are many good schools that offer MBA programmes that don't require work experience.
