It is usually possible to migrate out of Panjab University through an affiliated college such as SD College and you can do so in your 2 nd year of pursuing B.Com. You would have to seek the permission of the principals of the two colleges and a Migration Certificate by Panjab University. Make sure that your credits taken at CDOE in your first year are accepted at SD College which is probable to the given conditions as both of its institutes belong to the same university.
