I am a B.Com dropout and it's been more than 3 years. Am I eligible to complete B.Com now?

I had no backlogs till 5th semester but I couldn't complete my 6th semester for some personal issue. I really want to continue my studies.

No, you need to start from the beginning or change your course. Else, you can complete your B.Com from open a university via distance learning.

Well you could restart your course from an Open University or distance education institutions. I would suggest IGNOU.
