You can't go for regular MBA coz any regular programme is not allowed alongwith CA according to ICAI. You should concentrate on CA first.might be distance MBA wont make big difference

Yes you can Join MBA with distance learning program. We will suggest you to complete your CA Course becuase the CA course needs more attention.
