For Security u must be having sound knowledge of LAN & Wan and for setting up of LAN and WAN u must have sound knowledge of Operating System. If u choose Linux platform for ur career then it would have been the ultimate cos most of the servers are running on Linux now a days. So better u go with RHC

You can pick M.C.A as that would enhance your career options. If you did not had Maths in class XII, then pick the degree from I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
