I am a B.Com graduate and want to take admission in a PG course, which is a better option: PGDM and MBA?

I am a commerce graduate of Mumbai University and want a good job in a reputed company.

    PGDM is a PG Diploma in management. It's a Diploma course of 1-year. MBA is Masters in business administration and it's a full 2-year course. Both are good at their level.
