I am a B.Com graduate & want to be a lecturer. What should I do? My interest is in M.Com (BM). Is it worth doing M.Com?

If you want to go in the field of teaching, then you should opt for M.Com, but in coming year Ph.D is required for teaching in universities, so you must have to do that as well. Along with that you need to clear exams like UGC NET JRF in order to teach in the universities only that will be worth. Al
